Last night I saw the above film on a TV channel. The titles, listed
the
Music Director as: Ilayaraja plus another person.


I have a CD of this film - by Music India # - CDF 136, which lists the
Music
Director as: A R Rahman

Can someone please clarify this issue (or may be, I read the titles
wrong )

I think you did. The MD is AR Rahman. No two ways about it.
